Yesterday was a pretty productive day! That is, until I turned into a grouch. It seems, lately, that every productive day is followed by a blah day ...like today. It doesn't have to stay that way if I make a greater effort to be productive without going overboard. No matter that what constitutes going overboard doesn't seem like so much. If not much is too much, I need to figure out what to do about it. Either do less or quit fretting about what is enough.
Today is just a down day. My mother-in-law calls her days like this "gown days," but I am dressed! So, for today, I can be productive by making plans for future, more actively productive days.
